Loading... Please wait...This 11cm Blind Baked Tartlet, Quiche or Pie Case is made with pressed puff pastry (rough-puff) of neutral taste, and suitable for cold or hot savoury fillings, especially quiches.
It can be re-baked for quiches at < 180 °C for 10-12 minutes - see our recipe for Quiche Catalane (quantities will need to be adjusted).
Perfect also for savoury pies - simply add a cooked filling and re-heat. May be topped with cooked, sliced potato or mash, or you could separately bake lids from frozen puff pastry sheets.
