The 18cm Blind Baked Tartlets are made with pressed puff pastry (rough-puff) of neutral taste, and especially suitable for quiches.  They are delivered complete with aluminium foil trays to bake them in.

They can be re-baked for quiches at 180°C for approx 30 minutes.
