Callebaut Milk Fountain Chocolate (min. 39% cocoa solids) is specially formulated with a higher proportion of cocoa butter to give improved flow and 'coatability'. One 2.5kg bag should be enough for up to 50 people.

The chocolate was ideal for the newly acquired chocolate fountain unfortunately so good we had to eat the remainder chocolate the next day. The ordering service was excellent from Food Angles and I certainly would not bother trying to find another source at shops more locally and would recommend them.
