Chocolate Orange Annabelles

Take some Pidy Sweet Annabelle pastry cups.

Finely chop some well stewed bitter oranges and place approx ½ a teaspoon in each Sweet Annabelle.

Place a small scoop of dark chocolate mousse on top of the orange.

Garnish with a small piece of orange or a drop of raspberry coulis and a small piece of raspberry, then sprinkle lightly with dusting sugar. 

Works well with Callebaut Dark Chocolate Mousse
