Cocktail Cup Quiches

50 Pidy Cocktail Cups 4cm 

25 Baby Mozzarella balls
150g good quality cured ham
200g cream
1 egg
pesto
pepper and salt

 

Preparation

Finely slice the ham into Julienne strips, and share between the Cocktail Cups
Cut the mozzarella balls in half, place one half in each pastry case, and put some pesto on them
Mix the cream and the egg with pepper and salt
Spread the liquid over the filled Cocktail Cups
Bake in a pre-heated oven (180 °C) for approximately 8 minutes
