Cocoa Sorbet

Ingredients

500g Fine granulated sugar
125g Invert sugar
150g Cocoa Powder
1.7 litres pure water
10g Sorbet stabiliser

 

Preparation
Heat and mix all the ingredients together.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 12 hours.
Churn the sorbet, and serve in glass dishes
