Ingredients
• 20 pieces of Pidy Coffee Cup
For the Tiramisu:
• 2 egg yolks
• 50g caster sugar
• a pinch of salt
• 2 egg whites
• 250g mascarpone
• 1 small black coffee/Amaretto as preferred
• whipped cream and cocoa powder for decoration
Preparation
• Whip the egg yolks and the sugar until thick and fluffy
• Stir in the lukewarm coffee or Amaretto through the mascarpone
• Whip the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff
• Mix the egg, mascarpone, and egg white mixtures together, and divide between the Coffee Cups using a piping bag.
• Decorate the top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder
