Coloured and Flavoured Chocolate Sauces

Ingredients
100g Whipping cream (40% fat content)
20g Butter

plus, depending on the type of sauce you wish to make, choose between:

80g Dark chocolate
100g Milk chocolate
100g White chocolate
100g Lemon chocolate
100g Orange chocolate
100g Strawberry chocolate

 

Preparation
Bring the cream almost to the boil and remove from the heat.
Melt the chocolate chips into the cream, stirring gently, and finally add a knob of butter.
Serve immediately with waffles, pancakes, fruit desserts and mousses.
Keep the sauce warm in a bain marie (or re-heating by microwave is also possible).
