Delivery

 

We deliver throughout the UK every working day, with no minimum order and a standard delivery charge.

We do not deliver outside the UK.  For Belgium, Netherlands and France, please visit our friends at  www.pretagarnir.com

Our standard delivery time is 2 to 5 working days, with a standard delivery charge of £7.95 per order.  There are exceptions for remote destinations where higher delivery charges apply, and details can be found here: What are your delivery charges?

We do not sell part-cases, only full cases. The long shelf life on our products means you can order stock for weeks ahead, and they will keep perfectly if stored correctly  - see FAQ

For an additional charge when you go through the Checkout, you can select from one of the following Express delivery options:

Express                Delivery Next Working Day for orders placed by 1.00 pm Monday to Friday.  Additional cost £5.00.

Super Express       Delivery Next Working Day before 12 Noon for orders placed by 1.00 pm Monday to Friday.  Additional cost £7.50.

Ultra Express        Delivery Next Working Day before 10.30am for orders placed by 1.00 pm Monday to Friday.  Additional cost £10.00.

Saturday Express   Delivery by 12 Noon on Saturday for orders placed by 1.00 pm on Friday.  Additional cost £20.00.

Please note the Express, Super Express, Ultra Express and Saturday Express services are not available for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Offshore Islands including the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isle of Wight.

Orders are checked for stock availability at the time they are placed, and you would be notified if delivery was going to be delayed.  Should we be unable to deliver according to the service selected, we would let you know by email for Standard delivery or by phone for any of the Express services.  If you wished to cancel the order at this time, your payment would be refunded in full.

When your order has been packed ready for despatch, you will receive an email from our Carrier giving the Consignment No. and the delivery day.  There will also be a link to allow you to track your order on the Carrier’s website.

When you're filling out your Delivery Address, please remember we need an address where someone will be there to receive the order - our carrier makes a charge for repeat delivery attempts if no-one is available – or alternatively please give instructions where the delivery may be safely left, preferably under cover. 

As well as our standard web-order delivery service, we can discuss special terms if your requirement is for:

  • bulk deliveries (mixed pallets)
    or
  • branch deliveries for regional or national chains
