Double Chocolate Cookie Crumble is a fantastic innovation from Pidy, perfect for decorating patisserie, sweets, ice-cream, mousses and desserts to give added texture, taste and visual appeal.  Can also be used for ice-cream inclusions without going soft.

It is made from a dark chocolate biscuit crumb, with a dark chocolate coating, graded in size to 2mm < 10mm pieces, and supplied in a 550g plastic tub which incorporates both a pourer and a shaker for dispensing the topping.
