Double Chocolate Muffins

Recipe for 20 muffins

Ingredients
375g Egg whites
375g Water
110g Soya oil
560g Granulated sugar
4g Fine salt
675g Flour
110g Cocoa powder  
60g Baking powder
25g Vanilla extract
340g Bakestable Chocolate Drops   
20 Muffin Cases

Preparation
Beat the egg whites, and add the water and soya oil.
Then add granulated sugar, salt, followed by the pre-sieved flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
Mix in the vanilla and the chocolate drops.
Share the mixture between the Muffin Cases
Bake at 170°C for 20 to 25 min
