Mix 1 dessertspoon of Cacao Barry Cocoa Powder in a mug, together with 2 teaspoons of white sugar.
Add some cold full cream milk, and stir to a smooth paste.
Heat a mug-full of full cream milk in a saucepan, and remove from the heat just before it comes to the boil.
Pour the hot milk in to the mug, and whisk it in with the cocoa paste.
Add more sugar to taste if required.
Put your feet up in front of the fire and enjoy.
