Meringue Crumble is a fantastic innovation from Pidy, perfect for decorating patisserie, sweets, ice-cream, mousses and desserts to give added texture, taste and visual appeal. 

Made with sugar and eggwhite (plus a little thickener) and graded in size to 4mm < 13mm pieces, the Meringue Crumble is supplied in a 180g plastic tub which incorporates both a pourer and a shaker for dispensing the crumble.
