Meringue Drops are a fantastic innovation from Pidy, perfect for decorating patisserie, sweets, ice-cream, mousses and desserts to give added texture, taste and visual appeal. 

They are approximately 10mm in diameter, made with sugar and eggwhite (plus a little thickener), and supplied in a 200g plastic tub which incorporates both a pourer and a shaker for dispensing the Meringue Drops.
