Ingredients
25 Pidy Mini Pastry Spoons (Amusettes)
200g Ricotta cheese
50 g smoked salmon
3 g cornflour
Paprika (if required)
Preparation
Chop the smoked salmon finely with a food processor
Mix with the ricotta cheese and cornflour
Use the paprika to enhance the colour (if required)
Smooth out the salmon cheese in the Mini Pastry Spoons with a pallet-knife
Garnish with salmon eggs or lumpfish roe
