Our Profiteroles are hand-mixed the traditional way using butter, fresh whole eggs and a select grade of pastry flour.

To serve, fill with our Patisserie Cream and cover with Dark Belgian Chocolate Sauce

One box of 250 Profiteroles will need two bottles of chocolate sauce.
