Our Profiteroles are hand-mixed the traditional way using butter, fresh whole eggs and a select grade of pastry flour.

To serve, fill with our Patisserie Cream and cover with Dark Belgian Chocolate Sauce

One bottle of chocolate sauce will do 2 boxes x 75 Profiteroles.
