Triple Chocolate Meringue Crumble is a fantastic innovation from Pidy, perfect for decorating patisserie, sweets, ice-cream, mousses and desserts to give added texture, taste and visual appeal.  Can also be used as an inclusion in ice-cream without going soft.

Made from meringue pieces coated with Dark, Milk and White chocolate, and graded in size between 4mm and 9mm pieces, the Triple Chocolate Crumble is supplied in a 575g plastic tub which incorporates both a pourer and a shaker for dispensing the crumble.
