Elegant, straight-sided white chocolate cups (min. 23% cocoa solids) to use for dessert.  They are 65mm (approx 2.5") diameter at the top, and carefully packed 182 pcs per outer case.

Each cup holds 50 to 55g of filling, so to fill a whole case requires 6 x 800g bags of Callebaut Mousse Powder.
