Traditional Italian Amaretti biscuits, made from Apricot kernels, sugar and egg white. These are made by the family bakery of Forno Bonomi in Veronese, who first started production back in the 19th century. Great to serve as biscuits at any time, especially with a coffee, or they can be used in a variety of desserts. Each pack is 200g. There are 15 retail packs in each 3.5kg catering bulk box.
