Chocolate Clafouti with Mango

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
  • Beat the eggs and egg yolks together with the salt, sugar, powdered almonds and the cream. 
  • Add the melted chocolate and mix carefully, then beat the sieved flour into the mixture.
  • Divide the mango into aluminium baking dishes and pour the mixture on top. 
  • Cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C.

Tip: Serve with Chocolate Dessert Topping Sauce or any of Gourmet Classic's Patisserie Glazes
