Cocktail Cup Quiches



  • Finely slice the ham into Julienne strips, and share between the Cocktail Cups
  • Cut the mozzarella balls in half, place one half in each pastry case, and put some pesto on them
  • Mix the cream and the egg with pepper and salt
  • Spread the liquid over the filled Cocktail Cups
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven (180 °C) for approximately 8 minutes
