Coloured and Flavoured Chocolate Sauces

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Bring the cream almost to the boil and remove from the heat. 
  • Melt the chocolate chips into the cream, stirring gently, and finally add a knob of butter. 
  • Serve immediately with waffles, pancakes, fruit desserts and mousses.
  • Keep the sauce warm in a bain marie (or re-heating by microwave is also possible).
