Double Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients (makes 20)

Preparation

  • Beat the egg whites, and add the soya milk together. 
  • Then add granulated sugar, salt, followed by the pre-sieved flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  • Mix in the vanilla and the chocolate drops.
  • Share the mixture between the Muffin Cases
  • Bake at 170°C for 20 to 25 min
