This versatile flour makes gorgeous light pastry, and is good to thicken sauces. This gluten and wheat free flour is mainly based on rice flour which tends to be non-allergenic and digests well for most people. Use it to thicken soups and stews, and as an alternative to wheat flour in cakes and biscuits. The flour is so easy to use, add baking powder to make fabulous cakes. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans, diabetics, coeliacs and lactose intolerants. Each pack is 1kg. There are 6 packs in this 6.2kg bulk catering box.

Glebe Farm is an arable farm near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire run by Rebecca Rayner and her brother Philip. Glebe Farm is the only farm in the UK growing and processing gluten free oats into porridge flakes and oat flour.
