Product Description

This versatile flour makes gorgeous light pastry, and is good to thicken sauces. This gluten free flour is mainly based on rice flour which tends to be non-allergenic and digests well for most people. Use it to thicken soups and stews, and as an alternative to wheat flour in cakes and biscuits. The flour is so easy to use, add baking powder to make fabulous cakes.

Glebe Farm is an arable farm near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire run by Rebecca Rayner and her brother Philip. Glebe Farm is the only farm in the UK growing and processing gluten free oats into porridge flakes and oat flour. A designated processing unit steams and rolls the gluten free oats used by Glebe Farm to create their gluten free bread mixes, muesli and ciders.
