Pears Filled With Chocolate Mousse



  • Peel the pears
  • Cook the pears in wine mixed with cinnamon sticks and leave to cool
  • Cut off the top of the pears and carefully hollow them out
  • Mix the créme anglicise and amaretto together in the bottom of the hollowed out pear
  • Whip up the chocolate mousse and simply add to the filling in the pears
