    I bought these for a large party and made them into lemon tarts. Much faster than making my own pastry, good colour and tasted great.
    They are quite fragile, so take careful handling. I would most definitely purchase them again, plus the service from Food Angles was impeccable.
    Very good company.

    The tart cases arrived in perfect condition and I got staight to work making them into banoffie pies and lemon cheesecakes, they turned out great and so quick. They tasted great and they lasted in the fridge for 2 days with no adverse effect on the visual apperance or the taste( the only downside was that I had wanted the larger case because the smaller ones just don't have the same wow factor) but for price and convienience and taste I will never make pastry again!
