I used these for the first time in July. I must say I was impressed in the quality and taste. First time I used double whipped cream and found this a bit difficult to pipe so second time used whipping cream which is a bit lighter and gave perfect result. Dipped in chocolate ganache and chilled.
Fantastic product. Not worth making them myself. Used a creme patisserie filling and dipped in dark chocolate fudge sauce. Perfectly ready to eat in 10 minutes and great comments from everyone. Also a long sell by date.
The profiteroles are excellent. The original order was delivered in crushed box, even though it was covered in red 'Fragile' labels all over it, so the product was totally crumbed and useless. I have to say that Food Angles provided a replacement within 24 hours which arrived in perfect condition. Their service was excellent

Was going into panic mode, having said out loud that of course I would do profiteroles. I haven`t done profiteroles since school, rather a long time ago, when there appeared on my screen Food Angles which I read as Angels and they will remain so to me. Profiteroles arrived when they said they would and in mint condition. Excellent. Have highly recommended this Company to family and friends which on reflection I should have waited and let them assume.......... Will be back.
Firm profiteroles, perfect for croquembouche towers. Great taste and quality product.
I used the profiteroles to build a wedding cake tower, and they were very successful. I was concerned about whether they would soften up - but they did what it says on the label! I also used the chocolate sauce - praises all round. :)
I filled the profiteroles with rare beef, horseradish sauce and rocket, fabulous for a canapé party.
