These ready to fill square vol au vents are made with very light puff pastry to the French method. Technically innovative and hugely creative, these vol au vents are perfect for creating inspiring canapé creations. They may be used with hot or cold fillings. For optimum results with cold fillings, they should be refreshed in an oven for 6-8 minutes at 170 degrees then allowed to cool before filling. Can be frozen after filling. Each piece is 6.5cm long, 6cm wide and 4.5cm in height. There are 4 pieces in each 100g retail pack.
