Sauces and dressings manufacturer Scarlett & Mustard was started in 2012 by husband and wife team, Julian Pollard and Sandy Ruddock, who began to develop a high-end range of innovative dressings, curds, jams and infused oils from their kitchen in Earl Soham, Suffolk.
