White Chocolate Crème Brulée


Ingredients (serves 4)


  • Boil the milk and the cream and take off the heat. 
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in the milk. 
  • Beat the egg yolks with the sugar. 
  • Pour the milk onto the egg mixture and mix thoroughly. 
  • Fill individual oven-proof dishes 4/5ths full with the mixture and cook in a bain-marie in the oven for approximately 30-35 minutes at 150°C. 
  • When finished, set aside and allow them to cool. Sprinkle Candy Sugar over the cooled crèmes
  • Before serving, caramelise the sugar with a gas burner or under the grill.
